Janette holds an EMBA, is GAICD, as well as an experienced company director and board member with experience at exec level across the Tourism, Human Resources, Mining, Health and Hospitality sectors.

Michael Hara
Sound Immersion, Meditation, Counsellor

Michael is an experienced counsellor, musician and meditation teacher.

He has travelled extensively, including yoga and meditation practice in India, Thailand and Bali that he has continued through his life.

In recent years he has developed Sound Immersion. This is a form of meditation that is very easy to experience; usually lying down on a yoga mat !
The instruments I have selected include Bowls, Rainsticks, Chinese gong and Koshi bells.
I also use a Didgeridoo with appropriate acknowledgement and permissions.
Each of these ancient instruments bring notes, sounds and frequencies to ease the mind and body as we can now see and prove in science; especially in brain waves.

Glori teaches from the heart and with kindness and compassion.

Initially, she was a photographic model (007 Bond Girl), a Health and Fitness instructor (Face of Fitness Cosmopolitan), an Integrative Health practitioner practising Neurolinguistic programming and Hypnopsychotherapy, ThoughtField Therapy and Yoga in London.

She is a Multi-Disciplined Practitioner with a background In Yoga, Fitness, Contemporary Psychotherapy, NLP, Hypnotherapy, Thoughtfield therapy, Spiritual Healing and Heartmaths Coaching.

Glori practices as a Holistic Counsellor/Coach to treat various conditions such as anxiety, depression, grief and loss and stress-related conditions and help people reach their desired outcomes.

She is also an author of six books – Gloria Thomas: Apple’s & Pears (exercise for different body types), Ten-minute tums and bums, The ThinkYourself series, Fit, Trim and Young and the ‘Anxiety Toolbox’.

Glori has worked as a counsellor at St Patrick’s Community Centre and is a holistic counsellor in private practice.

Amanda Battley

Amanda’s passion and purpose is healing through yoga and food and bringing balance back to mind, body and spirit.

Amanda has been practicing yoga for 25 years and teaching for 7 years.

She completed a 2 year teacher training course in 2014, and trained in Vinyasa, Hatha, Yin and Restorative.

Amanda teaches yoga in Bali and Perth.

She is a yogi, an author and a restauranteur.

Amanda owns 2 organic health food restaurants in Bali and they have been established for over 12 years

She has written and published 3 Organic Food cookbooks which are sold in Australia and Internationally through Amazon.

Ally Solomou
Sound Immersion, Meditation Facilitator

Ally Solomou is a singer, self-taught channeler, meditation facilitator and intuitive Sound Healer.

She uses a selection of crystal bowls, tibetan bowls, flutes, tongue drums, tuning forks and her ethereal voice to transport her listeners to another realm.

Ally is passionate about all things music. She believes the power of sound and vibration is like no other, and is something that translates across all cultures. Her own experience with Sound Healing has brought her a deeper understanding of herself and as a sense of peace in life, and her dream is to now share this with her clients.

During a session, Ally channels songs and sounds from Source, each note and tune intuitively woven into music medicine – meaning every sound bath experience is completely unique.
Her heart-opening musical alchemy gives its listeners an experience like no other. 

Laura is a counsellor and Reiki master practitioner. 

She combines several humanistic therapies, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Person-Centred Therapy, to encourage clients to find their own solutions to the challenges they are facing in a supportive environment. 

Laura helps clients to manage anxiety by working on identifying core emotions, and with grounding and mindfulness tools integrating aspects of energy healing.

Laura finished her Intuitive Reiki Master training in May 2021. 

She credits learning Reiki with a range of positive changes in her life, including recognising and leaning into her personal strengths. 

Laura hopes to share these benefits with clients who are in need of support and nurturing.

Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Hot Yoga
Yoga came to me at a time when I really thought my body was just broken. I knew nothing about yoga 10 years ago as I was a hockey player and suddenly had to stop playing because of excruciating pain in my lower back and down the back of my leg via my sciatic nerve.
Yoga came into my life and it changed everything. I got what I needed to start to heal 30 years of destroying my body.
I also got a lot more than just the physical, I found that there was more to yoga than just the physical aspect and many other things in my life became much easier.
I knew that I wanted to do the teacher training and set about figuring out how to achieve that, as I wanted to share this gift with people.
In 2014 I completed my training in Los Angeles and have trained in YIN, Hatha, Hot Yoga and Vinyasa and have completed my 200hr Yoga Alliance approved YTT.
